Certain information or personal data about you are collected and processed in accordance with article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003, and articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679, in order to ensure that your personal data is processed in full compliance with the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of persons.

The information we collect about you are substantially information that identify you (name, surname, email address, message text, etc.) in order to follow up your requests.

Without your consent it will not be possible to provide the services requested by you. If necessary, in order to process your request, your personal data may also be transmitted to third parties (Technical and Sales Consultants).

5) DISCLOSURE OF DATA
The personal data we process will not be disclosed to unspecified parties for any reason whatsoever.

6) TRANSFER ABROAD
The personal data processed will not be transferred abroad, other than to companies of the Company Group with registered offices in other European countries or to Laterlite Distributors, Agents or Promoters in various worldwide locations, to exclusively provide the service you have requested, or to make technical and economic assessments to forward to you.

7) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You have the right, at any time and at no charge, to request information about your data, and about the processing methods and scope; you may change the same or delete or oppose any further use thereof and obtain information on the initiatives in which you have participated, and to file a claim to a supervisory authority.

Your personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to attain the scope for which they were collected.
